Wilson Congratulates Christmas Tree Farmers Ontario

(June 11, 2015) Simcoe-Grey MPP Jim Wilson stopped by Somerville Nurseries today to congratulate local Christmas tree farmer Fred Somerville and Christmas Tree Farmers of Ontario on the passing of Christmas Tree Day Act. The legislation was passed in the Ontario Legislature and received Royal Assent last Tuesday. The Act designates the first Saturday in December of each year as Christmas tree day in Ontario
