Wilson Congratulates Stevenson Memorial Hospital

(Queen’s Park) – Simcoe-Grey MPP Jim Wilson reacted with enthusiasm today after the announcement that a CT scanner will be installed at Stevenson Memorial Hospital along with the appointment of Gary Ryan as the hospital’s new president and chief executive officer.
“This is fantastic news,” said Wilson.  “I want to applaud the Board on today’s announcement and congratulate Mr. Ryan on his appointment and welcome him to his new permanent position.”

Wilson also thanked Supervisor Marc Rochon for everything that he has done for Stevenson Memorial and our community.  “Mr. Rochon deserves our gratitude for his hard work on behalf of our hospital,” said Wilson.

The local MPP also said he is looking forward to continuing the positive relationship with Southlake Hospital in Newmarket.

“Now our community will have to rally around a fundraising campaign so we can get the new CT scanner installed and providing state-of-the-art diagnostic services,” he concluded.
